Hilarious..

This time I have decided to pen some hilarious comedies that I have enjoyed recollecting from movies and dramas.. I had always enjoyed comedies particularly those of Kaundamani + Senthil.. Though every one would mention that Karakattakkaran as their greatest they both featured much earlier than that time.. If you had the opportunity of watching out on old tamil movies, these two had done a magnificent job to entertain the audience with their distinguished sense of humour..

If I remember correct it was Vaidhegi Kaathirunthaal, where Kaundamani appears as a light man who rents petromox lights for functions and other festive occasions.. Senthil appears as an assistant to him and enquires with him how the light glows, kaundamani with all the patience in the world explains the parts as mantle and filter, and the net and how it actually glows and produces light.. Senthil reacts saying how foolish he was and how this mantle could generate light and breaks it.. Kaundamani gives a fantastic reaction, and poor guy has only one that he can rent out.. There immediately comes an order for the light and he goes wild..

And there are many such small clashes between these guys, which are quite interesting and many of us would have witnessed their ability on the silver screen.. One more example was this scene, the movie name slipped my mind, Senthil comes and asks kaundar how he is very successful in running his bicycle business and for that kaundar proudly replies saying it required brains to be so.. Spontaneously senthil says that was the reason why he was asking, how he was really successful.. That was just another stomach crusher..

There were many movies which made descent profits only because of these guys, and they have really given masterpieces together like Chinna Gownder, Ponnumani, Ullathai Allitha, Murai Maman etc. I had also enjoyed hearing S Ve Shekar who is greatly remembered for his timing comedy.. If you really enjoy descent comedy, I recommend some of his works like One More Exorcist, Crazy Thieves (is a cracker), Kaatula Mazhai, Vaal Paiyan, Ayiram Uthai Vangia Aboorva Sigamani, Kathula Poo, Periathambhi, Ellorum Vaanga, Alva, Oru Sontha Veedu Vadakai Veedakirathu, Adhrishta Kaaran, Vanna Kolangal Series & many more.. He has done some fantastic work in the movies too, Kathanayakan, Thangamani Rangamani, Sahadevan Mahadevan are really worth mentioning… These are archives which u can collect and watch any time anywhere..

There was a funny event which happened today, which prompted me to write this one, I was passing by a four way signal and almost regularly cross this point for reaching office.. For a long time there was no signal, only red was glowing, then I kept my hand on a sensor for getting the signal.. I was awaiting some response for this action of mine and about 3 minutes later a 5 yr old kid came and told me that I was holding the sensor for the signal which is for the other side of the road..
